Paige and Ernie are an eHarmony success story. They saw each other online, emailed a bit and then met for a first date at George’s. Five months later, on the bride’s 30th birthday, Ernie forgot to get down on one knee (the nerves!) on a road trip but Paige still said yes!

Today the couple will get married at Mary Star of Sea in La Jolla followed by a waterfront reception at The Catamaran on Mission Bay.

Happy Anniversary Marnie and Brook!

One year ago today Marnie and Brook celebrated their wedding in the Bird Rock area of La Jolla. Their ceremony, which took place at CalumetPark, on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific was stunning. The couple was decked out to the nines! Directly following the ceremony, a vintage Rolls Royce whisked them away for photos while the guests took a trolley to the reception – at the super eclectic restaurant Maitre’D. Lou, the owner, is an 80 year old master chef who has catered to royalty all around the world. Throughout the evening, guests were serenaded by David Patrone, enjoyed dessert ala Diablo (and a show with that!) and Lou’s special peach infused vodka. It was such a fun wedding and I hope that they have enjoyed the past year as much as their wedding day!

It’s Emily and Mark’s Wedding Day!!!

Book clubs aren’t just for talking about what between two covers, it is also a place to make love connections. A member of Emily’s book club thought that her friend would be a good match… and they were! It turns out they lived a few blocks away and met shortly thereafter. Three years later, the two were enjoying a staycation in La Jolla when Mark popped the question.

Today, the couple will be wed at one of our very favorite venues – Darlington House in La Jolla. With some of the most amazing vendors coming together for their wedding, we can’t wait to celebrate with them!

It’s Amanda and Jeff’s Wedding Day!!!

Amanda and Jeff are the sweetest couple! College sweethearts who met during their years as undergrads, the couple has spent the past five years getting to know each other. About a year ago, they took a cruise to Cabo when Jeff got down on one knee and asked Amanda to spend the rest of their lives together. She of course said yes, which brings us to their wedding day! Today, the couple will marry with the beautiful backdrop of the San Diego skyline. They are so in love it is just so cute. Check out their sweet (pun intended) engagement photos by Bryan Miller Photography. Also, did you notice their pup Toby? He’s going to be making an appearance at the wedding today!

It’s Krishelle and Eric’s Wedding Day!!!

Today, we celebrate the marriage of Krishelle and Eric, a couple who is so incredibly perfect for each other. They met ballroom dancing and then Eric found a way to dance his way into her heart.

It was a long process for the two to start dating so Eric knew that he had to pull out all of the stops for their first date and took Krishelle sailing (very cool first date idea!) And that’s not the only thing the couple loves to do in the water… they surf with each other. Back on dry land, the couple keeps up their dancing (and we can’t wait to see their first dance today!!!)

We LOVE how La Vida Creations took all of their favorite pastimes and included them in their engagement session. Thank you for sharing these fabulous images.

Teresa and Mike met their sophomore year in high school. As high school sweethearts, the couple fell in love. Today, 11 years later, the two will tie the knot at Pala Resort near Fallbrook. The groom proposed at the bride’s favorite place – Disneyland with a diamond from their great aunt. We can’t wait to help these two celebrate with their family and friends and all of the special details – especially their adorable 2 year old daughter!

It’s Vicky and Derek’s Wedding Day!!!

Vicky and Derek are such a fun couple. The two met working for the same company in Chicago and the company brought them both out to sunny San Diego. After a three year courtship, Derek proposed while the couple was hiking in Torrey Pines.

Today, the two will be wed at one of my favorite venues – Scripps Seaside Forum, just a few miles from where the groom asked the bride to spend the rest of their lives together.

It is going to be such a fun-filled wedding and we can’t wait to celebrate with you two! A special thank you to Anika London for sharing these stunning engagement photos with us.
